Tomei has made an option to include their Competition Bearing Series product with our kits. All the engine internals are brought to static temperature (20 degrees Celsius) and blueprinted with 0.040~0.060mm clearance bearings. This eliminates the measuring and blueprinting process for the customer, so the kit can be installed with less hassle. |

WHAT IS PIKES PEAK? |
The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (also known as "The race to the clouds") is the second oldest motor sports race in America. The first event was held in 1916 and this year marks the 91st running of the event.
The course is 12.42 miles long with 156 turns that begins at 9,390 feet (2862m) and finishes at the 14,110 foot (4300m) summit of Americafs Mountain; Pikes Peak! This is higher than Japans Mount Fuji. |

THE TOMEI CHALLENGE |
This year, Team Yoshioka Racing who competes in Formula D will enter this event, with their own professional drift car. The exact same car with the same Tomei Genesis EJ26 engine that they use in the Formula D series. This will be a good time for us to see our all new EJ26 complete engine copes with this world famous extreme event. We are excited to see how the event goes with our complete crate engine.
