To apply and to be considered for approval to deal directly with Tomei Powered, we have the following basic conditions to consider.

* You will need to know about the Tomei brand and our products. How to handle, use, setup and install and to support them entirely.
* You will need to provide the absolute best customer service for all our products at all times.
* Your company/shop will need to have at the very least, 1 car service lift (hoist).
* We will require at least 1 photo of your facilites with the car lift showing.
* You will have to agree to our MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policy of 10% off MSRP USD.
* For those businesses operating in the USA, we will need a copy of your business/retail license.
Also for those outside of the US. If you have similar documentation showing your business registration and license. We will need to see that documantation as well.
* All orders are to be paid for in full in advance prior to shipment of any products.
* Tomei Powered does NOT offer any sole distributionships anywhere.
* The following dealer application form MUST be completed in full, as best as possible.
* The more details that is entered and the more photos provided will help with the application process.
