Listed are our company's terms and conditions that we would like our sponsored participants to follow under the sponsorship program.
Each rule does not mean that it is a definite requirement, but these topics will be determined during the consultation and discussed for the sponsorship program.

The form of sponsorship will be determined after consulting and discussing with the applicant and reviewing the application at our company. |

SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS |

Upon sponsorship, the applicant is required to follow the following criteria. |

Written Reports |
|

Please turn in a written report of participated events and competitions.
If possible, please prepare it on a PC and in a format that the text is able to be extracted.
Articles from websites or blogs are accepted as long as the contents are met to being a report for the sponsorship.
*The reports received will be used freely at our company for publicity activities.
Please keep in mind that we may use it with the exact format as received. |

Please provide us with photographs and images of the vehicle, driver, events and competitions.
We may use it for our publicity tool, so please provide it with high resolution as much as possible.

When receiving coverage from media, please consider to have our company's products or logo to be taken on photographs.
Also, please make sure that there is no omission of our products on the spec sheet and such. |

SPONSORSHIP DUTIES |

Please cooperate on the following items to the best extent. |

|
| |
Please cooperate in provide us the rights to use the video clips of onboard camera, of events and competition, and links of video distribution for our company's publicity activities.

Please keep in mind that we may use it in the exact format as received. |

Banners & Flags |
| |
Please cooperate in displaying our banners and flags for exposure of our company's logo around vehicle, pit, and booth spaces. |

Wearing our company clothing |
| |
Please cooperate in wearing our company's clothing of the staffs at time of not wearing a racing suit. |

Supply of event passes or tickets |
| |
Please cooperate with the arrangement for passes and tickets for the staffs of participated events and competitions. |

The above is not required, but please cooperate to the best extent.
Please keep in mind that by the contents of the request that above items may be required. |

Please inform beforehand when participating in events and competitions.

Please keep in mind that we will freely use the supplied materials of each items for our company's publicity activities. |

We may have different requests for our company's publicity activities. In that case, please cooperate to the best extent. |

Please refrain from conducting in a way that is disadvantage to our company. |

FINALLY |

The extent of which the regulations mentioned above covered will be decided after consulting and discussing the contents requested and correspondence from our company.

When there is a situation of disadvantage to our company during span of sponsorship, there is a case that we may request for compensation for damages and return of sponsored monetary value and products. |

| Tomei Powered may, at its discretion, can and will make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. When these changes are made, Tomei Powered will make a new copy of the Terms & Conditions available here. You understand and agree that if you are interested in sponsorship from Tomei Powered, after using this Website after the date on which the Terms have changed, Tomei Powered will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. |
